The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority (MBVCA) is pleased to announce the guidelines and application forms for their FY 2017/2018 Tourism Advancement Program. The objective of the program is to provide funding for activities and events with yearlong tourism promotion and programming that support and advance the mission of the MBVCA.

Applications are submitted through a multi-step process where all required grant criteria must be submitted and approved by the published deadline date before being able to move onto the next step in the process. If the documentation is not received or is not acceptable by the deadline date, the applicant may not continue with the grant process.

An organization may apply only once for any one project or event within a funding period. The funding period consists of First Period (Events taking place between October 1, 2017 and January 31,2018); Second Period (Events taking place between February 1, 2018 and May 31, 2018), and Third Period (Events taking place between June 1, 2018 and September 30, 2018).
