Development Opportunities

Targeted specifically to organizations with a new or one-time event that has the potential to become recurring, can generate a significant tourism return for Miami Beach, and that has extraordinary national and/or international tourism impact for Miami Beach are eligible. This is a One-Time Grant. Organizations will be moved to the Major One Time Special Event or Special Projects grant category in year 2 of the event and must meet the criteria in place for those programs.

Minimum Required Criteria (2 of 3 must be met)

• 70 Contracted Hotel Room Nights in Miami Beach
• 200,000 Contracted Media Impressions and/or
• 500,000 Contracted Television or Cable Broadcast
