Leadership Level Webinar 

This free virtual hospitality training is offered quarterly, with the next session taking place Monday, July 14, 2025, at 1:00 pm. This session's topic will be  Embracing Artificial Intelligence. This session will provide leaders with various methods to incorporate and benefit from the use of Artificial Intelligence in their operations. Technology can be supportive in areas such as training and efficiency providing us with better opportunities to engage in authentic human interactions. This webinar will be 90-minutes in duration, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session with your Forbes Travel Guide Executive Trainer.
